Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Rose Jewelry Store. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You can return the product and get full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return your product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the proof of purchase and if you don't  have a receipt, please provide the order number. Once we received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.  Refund will take 2 to 3 days depend of your bank.
