Shipping policy

At Rose Jewelry Store,our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. 

The time frame for orders delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacture for dispatch within 4 hours after the order is placed. Some order might take additional 1 day to be ship.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 4 to 10 days. US orders Postal services takes from 2 to 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time because of the difficult times we are living with Covid19. As a company we try our best to get the product to be ship out as soon as possible for the customer.
